Michael Mollay, Executive Director, Albion SC Idaho 

27 years coaching in Idaho, Michael continues to be strong part of the growth and advancement of soccer in our state.  Originally from southern California, Michael played his youth career for the San Diego Nomads, San Diego Mesa Junior College, and D1 Quincy College (IL).  Moving to Idaho in 1992, Michael started his family, and began his coaching career, where he quickly established Idaho as a small state with big time players and teams.

Allison Gibson

Girls Director of Coaching

Allison Gibson comes to us after 20 years of college coaching experience, 13 years as Head Coach at Idaho State University.  Ali is one of the most accomplished, experienced, and credentialed coaches in the country, holding a USSF "A" and NSCAA Premier license.  Ali's background as a collegiate and professional player, as well as her education in Kinseiology (B.A.), with a Masters in Organization and Leadership, will add meaningful value and strong positive influence to our growing program and female athletes.

Shawn Watts

Boys Director of Coaching

Considered one of the top players in the country, Shawn Watts was a member of the US Youth National Team in the U17 World Cup, and went on to have a strong professional career with the LA Galaxy, Chivas USA, and Colorado Rapids. 

Pursuing his passion for coaching, Watts earned his licensing to become a US Soccer Educator, as well as a top youth and college coach.

Elmer Chacon

Juniors Director of Coaching

Considered one of the best youth coaches in southern California, Elmer Chacon has made Idaho his new home starting January 2020.  Elmer comes to Albion Idaho from Huntington Beach Rush, where he trained and supervised Rush Academy players and teams.


“Adding the quality and expertise of Elmer Chacon to our Albion Staff is a special opportunity for our club and players.  He has a gift for developing young talent, shaping them into extremely technical, sophisticated, and passionate players, that advance and realize their full potential,” Mollay, Executive Director.

Jeromy Tarkon

Community Outreach Liason

Jeromy Tarkon graduated with an BS in Psychology and joined the United States Military.  While serving, Jeromy earned an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing.  Jeromy believes sports give kids an opportunity to learn the importance of perseverance and character, while also providing an opportunity for adults to positively impact young people’s lives.  

Jeromy holds a National D coaching license and has coached at all levels over the past 15 years.  Jeromy was the President and Founder of the Idaho Juniors FC, an all boys club that recently merged with Albion SC Idaho. He was a member of the 1998 CIF California Central Section Champions, played 4 years collegiately and represented the United States Army against teams both domestic and international.

Jeromy’s vision and message of inclusion have been featured in Sports Illustrated, Vice Magazine, Soccer America, and The Guardian, as well as television news and talk radio. Jeromy has received several awards for his work in his community, including the L’etoile Du Nord (Star of the North) from Minnesota United FC.  Jeromy and his team was flown to Minnesota where he received this award that recognizes those that embody the core values of their club; Resiliency, inclusiveness, dedication, passion, teamwork and respect. 

Hannah Pierotti

Director of Operations, Goalkeeper Director

Originally from Illinois, Hannah played her college soccer at St. Louis University (D1) before transferring to University of Colorado Boulder (D1) where she was a goalkeeper and earned a degree in Business Management.

Hannah started her coaching in 2017, and has quickly become one of the top youth coaches in Idaho, where she is  pursuing her coaching licensing (current D).
